It's possible that a window appears and asks you to send a bug report when you leave CustoPack Tools. 

 

If you have encountered this bug, don't hesitate to complete the form explaining what happened. 

 

 

It may happen that CustoPack Tools shuts off in an unexpected way. In this instance, Windows displays a message like « CustoPack Tools has stopped working ».

 

If this message appears when you're installing a CustoPack, there's nothing to worry about, your computer isn't  damaged. You just have to restart the application and relaunch the pack installation. If the problem persists, contact us.
